We want every Salvo Prado piece to meet your expectations.
Ready-to-Wear Collection
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
. Unworn
. Unwashed
. Free from perfume or stains
. Returned with original tags attached
. Returned in original packaging
. Items failing these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Custom Orders
Garments made to custom measurements or customized specifications are created exclusively for you.
Custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
. Order number
. Clear photographs of the item
. Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or a refund (where applicable).
